Autumn ...

Summer is Almost Over ...

The temperature starts to drop at night, and it starts to get chill early in the morning. The sun rises later and sets earlier now. The summer is almost over ... 

This morning, I helped out teaching Vietnamsese for kids at the Temple, and they learned a Vietnamese poem about the beach. I asked them to write couple sentences in Vietnamese about their trip to the beach last summer. One girl (i guess she's in high school) said "I've never been to a beach before". I didn't know what to say and didn't want to ask why. So, I changed the topic to write something about summer vacation or summer experience.
